Service designer and UX researcher now focused on the human side of AI-driven labour disruption. Keen to work on mapping the systems built around paid work so we can design what replaces them once that structure stops holding. What happens to purpose once a job isn't the default? 15+ years across user research and design operations, most recently senior content and service design at Atlassian, where I wrote and iterated system prompts for production AI features and built LLM evaluation frameworks measured against acceptance criteria.
