Aubrey Blanche is Director of Ethical Advisory and Strategic Partnerships at The Ethics Centre, where she works with financial services and corporate leaders navigating responsible AI adoption and ethical decision-making. She is also the Founder of The Mathpath, a systems design consultancy supporting organisations through human-centred AI adoption. A masters student in AI Ethics & Society at the University of Cambridge, her work examines the possibility of non-normative relational ethics to proactivity address AI-enabled harms against marginalised workers and end users.
