I work as the Director of Analysis at the Development Intelligence Lab, a Canberra-based think tank working on international development policy and foreign affairs in the Indo-Pacific. Some of my work looks at how AI is reshaping development trajectories, and I'm interested in how the Australian AI governance community engages with global south contexts. Former diplomat and former evaluation consultant for international development programs.
