Hana Dinh is a product leader and adviser working at the intersection of human-centred AI strategy, behavioural systems and governance. At Riot Games, she was accountable for machine learning models shaping the experiences of more than 140 million monthly users across cultures and contexts, which gave her a close-up view of what visibility and accountability for AI systems actually looks like at scale. She is now building an advisory practice in Sydney focused on human-centred AI strategy.
