Dr Ross F Smith is a consultant anaesthetist by training and is currently enrolled as a PhD candidate (Computer Science). His research interests include the study of the interaction between physician decision making processes and the deployment of AI Computer aided diagnosis tools in specialty areas of medicine and, more specifically, quantification of the interaction of clinical decision and AI CAD tools specifically in radiology.
