I’m a strategic transformation leader and internal venture founder. Currently, I head the RBA’s Innovation Lab, leading the bank-wide adoption and implementation of our AI strategy. My focus is practical value creation at scale – lifting productivity, strengthening the Bank’s charter functions, and applying AI to improve operational resilience – underpinned by robust governance, risk-aware delivery, and platforms designed for long-term reuse.
