I am a public health and policy professional with a Master of Public Health. I have published research at the intersection of public health and political science, examining the enablers and barriers to public health policy in Australia. I am increasingly interested in AI safety and am a recent fellow of the Sydney AI Safety Fellowship. Small AI safety projects I have worked on include cultural gradual disempowerment, systems mapping of AI risks, tensions and collaboration between the AI safety and ethics communities, and AI transparency policy.
